Comprehensive Youth & Young Adult Support Programs

Cornerstone Youth Collective (CYC) operates multiple community-based support programs focused on housing stability, education, workforce development, behavioral health coordination, outreach, and long-term self-sufficiency for youth and young adults.

Our programs are structured to provide integrated, wraparound support through low-barrier, trauma-informed, housing-first approaches. Programs may include case management, housing navigation, employment support, educational services, community outreach, behavioral health coordination, and resource stabilization services.

CYC currently operates programs supporting youth and young adults ages 18–30, including individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, foster care transition, behavioral health barriers, and other systemic challenges.

CYHOME

Cornerstone Youth Housing Options Mean Everything

CYHOME is CYC’s rapid rehousing and housing stabilization program serving individuals ages 18–30 experiencing homelessness or at risk of eviction. The program provides housing navigation, move-in assistance, rental support, landlord coordination, stabilization planning, and ongoing case management support for up to 24 months.

CYHOME utilizes a housing-first and client-centered model focused on long-term housing stability, individualized support planning, and low-barrier service engagement.

CYNERGY

Cornerstone Youth Navigating Equity, Resources & Guiding Youth

CYNERGY is CYC’s transitional and supportive housing program for at-risk youth ages 18–24, including foster youth aging out of care, youth with histories of homelessness, and young adults requiring long-term stabilization support.

The program combines housing assistance with structured supportive services focused on education, employment, life skills, and independent living readiness.

Program Standards

CYNERGY includes structured engagement requirements, individualized service planning, routine wellness check-ins, and long-term stabilization support to assist participants in transitioning toward independence.

CYLINK

Cornerstone Youth Linking Individuals, Navigation & Knowledge

CYLINK serves as CYC’s outreach, referral, and community engagement hub. The program operates using trauma-informed, housing-first, and low-barrier service models to connect individuals with essential community resources and support systems.

Program Focus

CYLINK focuses on reducing barriers to access while helping individuals navigate housing, healthcare, identification recovery, behavioral health services, and community support systems.

CYNERVE

Cornerstone Youth Network for Economic Readiness & Vocational Empowerment

CYNERVE is CYC’s education and skills development program focused on increasing educational access and long-term self-sufficiency for youth and young adults from underserved communities.

CYNOVA

Cornerstone Youth Network for Opportunity & Vocational Advancement

CYNOVA is CYC’s employment and workforce development program supporting young adults seeking employment, vocational training, apprenticeships, and career advancement opportunities.

Industries Supported

Programs may include pathways related to trades, cosmetology, mechanics, workforce certification, and additional vocational industries based on participant goals and community partnerships.

Additional Service Areas

Foundational Community Supports (FCS)

Cornerstone Youth Collective participates in Washington State Foundational Community Supports (FCS), supporting eligible individuals through housing-related and supportive service coordination designed to improve housing stability and health outcomes.

Service availability may vary based on referral pathways, eligibility, and program capacity.

GOSH Provider Services

CYC serves as a provider within Washington State’s Governor’s Opportunity for Supportive Housing (GOSH) initiative, supporting individuals transitioning from institutional settings into stable community housing through tenancy support, housing navigation, and community resource coordination.

Employment Network (EN) – Ticket to Work

Cornerstone Youth Collective is an approved Employment Network (EN) provider under the Social Security Administration Ticket to Work program.

At this time, CYC is not currently accepting new Ticket to Work participants.
