Community-Based Support for Youth & Young Adults
Cornerstone Youth Collective (CYC) provides housing, education, employment, and stabilization support for youth and young adults navigating barriers to long-term stability.
Our programs are designed to support individuals at different stages of transition, including those experiencing housing instability, aging out of foster care, navigating behavioral health challenges, or seeking additional community support and resources.
We understand that navigating systems can be difficult, especially without consistent support. Our role is to help connect individuals to resources, provide guidance, and support long-term stability through coordinated services and case management.
