At Cornerstone Youth Collective, access to care is a right, not a privilege, not an idea. A right everyone deserves to have, but access alone is not enough. Stability requires continuity.
People move through shelters, schooling, housing, therapy, and SUD programs without the support needed to maintain progress. Systems provide entry points, but they are not built to sustain people.
That is the gap CYC exists to close.
We provide ongoing support beyond placement and program entry, ensuring individuals are not left to navigate systems on their own once they have accessed them.
People accessing social services are often in survival mode. They do not need to be spoken for, they need to be heard. At CYC, we advocate alongside clients, recognizing that they understand their needs. Our role is to provide the support, structure, and resources required to move forward.
CYC is a Low barrier, Housing First, Client Centered, Trauma Informed organization.
