At Cornerstone Youth Collective, we firmly believe in the right to care, not as a privilege, but as a fundamental human right. While everyone deserves access to care we recognize that sustainable care requires ongoing support. Many individuals enter shelters, schooling, therapy and SUD programs but lack the continuous support needed to maintain stability. We are dedicated to bridging this gap by providing sustained support even after the transition.

We acknowledge that individuals accessing social services often feel trapped in survival mode and simply want to be heard. At Cornerstone Youth Collective, we advocate alongside you, recognizing that you know your needs best. Our role is to offer the necessary support and tools to help you achieve the life you envision for yourself.
